We believe our model can deliver enhanced risk-adjusted returns
by concentrating on the following:
Middle Market
There are numerous opportunities to find good businesses in the
$50 to $250 million enterprise value range. Many of these companies
can significantly benefit from the multitude of resources Arsenal
brings to bear including industry experts, functional experts, experienced
investment professionals, and capital.
Industry Knowledge
Industry specific knowledge and experience helps our investment
selection process, enabling us to conduct informed diligence and
more accurately identify opportunities as well as potential issues.
Value-Added Resources
Arsenal has attracted a team of industry and functional resources
that can help management teams grow and improve their businesses.
Our resources in procurement and supply chain, quality and six sigma,
information technology, human resources and other skill sets work
both inside and across portfolio companies to drive initiatives,
improve processes, share best practices, and aggregate purchasing
power to lower costs.
Commitment
We have a demonstrated ability to grow and improve businesses. However,
to the extent that certain investments face greater than expected
challenges, we possess the ability, persistence and commitment to
support these deals, as long as there is incremental value for our
investors.
