NEW YORK, February 2, 2010 – Arsenal Capital Partners, a leading New York-based private equity firm that invests in middle-market specialty industrial, healthcare, and financial services companies, today announced the promotions of Eugene Gorbach to Vice President and Roy Seroussi to Senior Associate.

Gene has made significant contributions to Arsenal’s Financial Services effort and he has assumed leadership roles in many of our investments. Mr. Gorbach focuses on the financial services sector and joined Arsenal as a Senior Associate in 2008 from American Capital Strategies where he was a Senior Associate in the Buyouts Group. Prior to that he served as an Associate with Madison Dearborn Partners and as an Analyst at J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. He received his B.A. degree from Dartmouth College and his M.B.A. degree from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Commenting on Mr. Seroussi’s promotion, Tim Zappala, an Operating Director of Arsenal Capital, added, “We have been delighted with the contributions that Roy has made to Arsenal’s Specialty Chemicals practice and the professional development that he has shown during his time with the firm.”
Mr. Seroussi joined Arsenal in 2008 as an Associate and since then has worked in the firm’s Specialty Chemicals practice. Prior to joining the firm he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse. He received a B.A. degree from Brandeis University.
