NEW YORK, January 14, 2013 – Arsenal Capital Partners, a leading New York-based private equity firm that invests in middle-market specialty industrial and healthcare companies, has appointed Andy Harris as the President and CEO of Dash Multi-Corp. Arsenal recently acquired Dash, a leading manufacturer of formulated polyurethane, vinyl plastisol, specialty coatings as well as recycled rubber products.

Mr. Harris joins Dash with 25 years leadership experience in specialty chemicals and process manufacturing related companies, including Syrgis Performance Products, Betz Laboratories (now GE Water and Process Technologies), Endress+Hauser, Exxon Company USA, CerOx Corporation, and Burkert Fluid Control Systems.
Mr. Harris holds a master of business administration in finance and marketing from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business and a bachelor of science in chemical engineering from The University of Arizona. Andy has also served on the boards of The Society of Chemical Manufacturers and Affiliates (SOCMA), The American Composites Manufacturers Association (ACMA), The University of Arizona Alumni Association and AcuSport, Inc.
