FirstAgain is a national specialty finance company focused on providing a convenient to apply for, competitively priced, “unsecured” loan for excellent credit quality consumers. Headquartered in San Diego, California, FirstAgain offers an "AnythingLoan" in amounts from $10,000 to $100,000 that can be used for any purpose.

Genovique

Genovique Specialties is a leading global manufacturer of high performance specialty chemicals including ebnzoic acid and derivatives, which are used as food and beverage preservatives and environmentally friendly plasticizers. Genovique operates three manufacturing facilities in the United States, Europe and China. Arsenal sold Genovique to Eastman Chemicals in 2010.

IDQ

IDQ is a leading manufacturer of niche products for the automotive aftermarket. The company's largest product line consists of specialty chemicals, lubricants, tools and accessories for automobile air conditioning systems. Arsenal sold IDQ to Castle Harlan in 2010.

Novolyte

Novolyte Technologies is a world leading manufacturer and supplier of specialty electrolyte materials and high performance solvents for lithium ion battery and energy storage applications.  The company also manufactures a variety of other technically demanding specialty and custom manufactured products for the electronics, pharmaceutical and industrial markets. Arsenal sold Novolyte to BASF in 2012.

Priority Solutions

Priority Solutions is a non-asset based specialty distributor serving pharmaceutical and other mission critical industries. Priority provides pharmaceutical and healthcare manufacturers with regulatory compliant premium distribution services, including the transportation of pharmaceutical samples and promotional materials to sales representatives via pre-scheduled appointments. Arsenal sold PSI to Thermo Fisher Scientific in 2007.

Renaissance Mark

Renaissance Mark is the largest North American provider of prime labels and brand imaging solutions to the packaging industry. The company's product offering includes glue-applied, pressure sensitive, and film labels for food, beverage, health & beauty aid, and pharmaceutical customers. Arsenal sold Renaissance Mark to Fort Dearborn Company in 2007.

Scientific Protein Laboratories

Scientific Protein Laboratories develops and manufactures carbohydrate and natural protein active pharmaceutical ingredients ("APIs"). SPL is the world's largest independent provider of heparin, an anticoagulant, and is a leader in the production of pancreatin, used to treat Cystic Fibrosis and a variety of digestive disorders. Arsenal sold SPL to American Capital Strategies in 2006.

Sermatech International

Sermatech International is a leading provider of engineered coatings, special processes and component repair services to OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers and aftermarket service providers in the aerospace, industrial gas turbine, defense, oil and gas and other industrial markets. The company is the leading independent supplier of high performance slurry coatings, which are used to protect key components against oxidation, wear, corrosion and fouling, and enhance their performance as well as extend their lives. Arsenal sold Sermatech to Praxair, Inc. in 2009.

TallyGenicom

TallyGenicom is a leader in the impact printer industry, which primarily serves rugged operating environments where customers demand high-speed, durable equipment on a cost-effective basis. The company offers a broad range of hardware and consumables in attractive niche segments of the impact and laser printer industry. Arsenal sold TallyGenicom to Printronix, Inc. in 2009.

Velsicol

Velsicol Chemical is a leading manufacturer of chemical intermediates used in applications such as agrochemicals. Velsicol operates a manufacturing facility in the United States.

Vertellus Specialties

Vertellus Specialties is a specialty chemicals company focused on the manufacture of high growth, high value products for the agriculture, nutrition, pharmaceutical, personal care, and performance materials markets. Headquartered in Indianapolis, IN, Vertellus was formed through the merger of Reilly Industries and Rutherford Chemicals in July 2006.  Arsenal sold Vertellus to Wind Point Partners in 2007.
