Mr. Broadhurst was previously a Managing Director with Dauphin Capital Partners.  He was previously the Healthcare Sector Head of Russell Reynolds Associates, the President & Chief Executive Officer of OcuSystems, Inc., the Division President of National Medical Care Inc., and the Group Product Manager of Baxter Healthcare Corporation.  He holds a B.A. in History from Williams College and an M.B.A. from Harvard University.
