Prior to joining Arsenal, Mr. Weber was the former Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of U.S. Trust Corporation, a 150 year-old company specializing in trust, investment management, and wealth management services.  Prior to joining U.S. Trust in 2002, Mr. Weber was Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer of Aetna Inc.  Mr. Weber holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School at Northwestern University.
