Mr. Krauter is the current CEO of The Krauter Group, LLC, a retail insurance brokerage with 9 offices in the U.S.  Mr. Krauter formed the Krauter Group in 2004 to provide unique, state-of-the-art brokerage services.  Prior to that, Mr. Krauter was a Vice Chairman at Aon Corporation and Worldwide Practice Leader of the Aon Mergers & Acquisitions Group, a Senior Vice President of Marsh & McLennan and an Associate at Lloyds of London.  Mr. Krauter holds a B.A. in Economics from Franklin and Marshall College.  He currently serves on the boards of Private Equity CFO Association, Mountainside Hospital, Winchester Advisors, Private Equity Insurance Services, Inc., Seaton Insurance Company, Stonewall Insurance Co., and Breckenridge Insurance.
