Alexa Dembek

Dr. Dembek is a member of Arsenal's Industrial Growth Advisory Board. Prior to joining Arsenal, she spent over 30 years at DuPont, a global leader in technology-based materials and solutions, where she most recently served as Chief Technology and Sustainability Officer. During her tenure at DuPont, she held numerous commercial and business leadership positions driving growth, innovation, and enterprise transformation across diverse end markets. Dr. Dembek currently serves on the Board of Directors of CoorsTek and the Dean's Advisory Board of the Eberly College of Science at Penn State University. She is also an Impact Advisory Board member of dss+ and a Strategic Advisor to Altara. In 2025, she was elected to the National Academy of Engineering for advancing technology-driven growth and industrial transformation.
