Carl June

Senior Advisor

Dr. June is a Senior Advisor for the healthcare team. He is the Richard W. Vague Professor in Immunotherapy, Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine of the University of Pennsylvania. He also serves as the Director of the Center for Cellular Immunotherapies at the Perelman School of Medicine and the Director of the Parker Institute for Cancer Immunotherapy at the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. June has been a member of the department since 1999. Prior to joining the University of Pennsylvania, he was a Professor of Medicine and of Cell and Molecular Biology at the Uniformed Services University for the Health Sciences, and the Head of the Department of Immunology and Founder of the Immune Cell Biology Program at the Naval Medical Research Center.
