Frank Scrudato

Mr. Scrudato is a Partner, Head of Operations and Administration and Chief Compliance Officer of Arsenal where he focuses on overseeing the financial and compliance functions, as well as managing the operations of the firm. Prior to joining Arsenal in 2014, he was the Chief Financial Officer at Bruckmann, Rosser, Sherrill & Co. Previously, Mr. Scrudato was the Director of Corporate Development at Asbury Automotive Group and a Director in transaction services at Arthur Andersen/KPMG.
