Mr. Rooney is an Investment Partner of Arsenal for the industrial growth team. Prior to joining Arsenal in 2009, Mr. Rooney was an Associate in the controlled distressed investing group at GSC Partners. Previously, he was an Analyst in the M&A group at Citigroup.
