Joelle Marquis

Ms. Marquis is President and Senior Partner of Arsenal. Prior to joining Arsenal in 2003, she was the Chief Operating Officer of Baltimore Technologies’ Americas Secure Hosting. Ms. Marquis also has held senior operating, human resources, and information technology positions at Information Systems and Services, National Grange Mutual Insurance Company, and Big Y Foods.
