J.P. Fingado

Mr. Fingado is an Operating Partner of Arsenal for the healthcare team. Prior to joining Arsenal in 2025, he was a Senior Operating Partner of The Riverside Company. Previously, he was the President and CEO of HealthcareSource, a leading SasS-based technology firm that provides talent management technology across the entire healthcare continuum. Prior to HealthcareSource, Mr. Fingado was an Operating Partner at Francisco Partners. He also served as President and CEO of API Healthcare and held multiple leadership roles at Cerner Corporation.
