Mark McClellan

Senior Advisor, Advisory Board Member

Dr. McClellan is a member of Arsenal’s Healthcare Advisory Board. He currently serves as the Robert J. Margolis Professor of Business, Medicine, and Policy and founding Director of the Duke-Margolis Center for Health Policy at Duke University. Prior to joining Duke in 2016, he spent nine years at the Brookings Insitution, most recently serving as a Senior Fellow in Economic Studies and as a Director of the Health Care Innovation and Value Initiatives. Prior hereto, Dr. McClellan served as an Associate Professor, Department of Economics and Department of Medicine for Stanford University. Dr. McClellan is a former administrator of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and former commissioner of the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
